Abstract

The concept of academy, which forms the basis of academicianship originates from the olive grove named ‘Academia’ where Platon gave lectures to his students. In time this word has started to be used for a certain career, and for a certain group of people with such career. Academicianship incorporate more than a single action which necessitate and nurture each other. In the world that we live in, it is extremely important for a person to choose a profession which will make him happy and to which he can connect with enthusiasm. In this article, for undergraduates who aims to become an academician and for young academicians important items are emphasized and (for each group) separate roadmaps suggested.
