Abstract

Being a young academician is like starting off a marathon. Academicians who are at the very beginning may need advises of the experienced academicians.   Firstly, academicians should not appeal to plagiarism out of their concern for promotion and publishing. Plagiarism is a felony and it ignores the others’ efforts. Secondly, academicians should foster students’ inquiry skills, and encourage their interpretive skills. They should find creative ways to instruct. They should use the advantage of being young, and be a good model for the next generation.
